Contesting of a will is usually initiated by a family member or other interested
party who challenge the validity and purpose of a will.
Often times, the one contesting the will claim that the deceased
with under “undue pressure” when creating the will or that the deceased received
gifts and cash rewards to change their will in someone’s particular favor.
