Family inheritance is often used in the same as inheritance but the term differs
slightly in the fact that it focuses on the immediate family. In most cases, the
deceased property and assets are given to family members, particularly to the sons
and daughters (if any) of the deceased.
This term may also extend to include friends of the deceased who
were considered “family” in the larger definition.
