An estate administrator attends to issues regarding the estate of the deceased.
Most of the time, an administrator is appointed by the court to act as the executor
of the estate when there has been no executor named or the executor is unable to
perform their duties.
In some cases, a "codicil" must be signed, dated and witnessed
that becomes an amendment to the will.
