The administration of an estate entails all legalities having to do with both property
and other real assets and possessions. It is usually carried out by an administrator
assigned by the court, an estate attorney, or the executor of the will as chosen
by the deceased when drafting their will.
In some case, all three of the above are needed to fully administer
the assets and propertied of the estate. This includes paying the taxes and debts
of the estate.
