The duties of an executor are many including making sure proper forms (documents) are filed and taxes are properly calculated and paid.

Plus, the executor ensures that all assets of the deceased are distribute properly according to deceased’s wishes as provided by their will and/or trust.

The executor also assists the family’s attorney and takes care of the details of carrying out the wishes of the deceased.
